SUAVE is an AI communication assistant designed to help you craft replies to messages. You may use SUAVE for personal and professional communication purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. SUAVE is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
SUAVE offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans with full access. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
SUAVE provides AI-generated reply suggestions. The AI-generated replies belong to you and you are free to use them however you choose. You grant us no rights to content you submit.
We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from using generated replies. Always use your own judgement when communicating with others. AI suggestions may not always be appropriate for every context or relationship.
SUAVE and all related content, features, and technology are owned by SUAVE AI. The SUAVE name, logo, and mascot are trademarks of SUAVE AI. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
SUAVE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUAVE AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any outcomes from using AI-generated replies in your communications.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SUAVE will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
